  • Do we know if there is a why to change them outside of the drop down box? For example I want to change my fats to 27% - but I can only choose 25%. Anyone know how to change that?
  • Most of the information i have read says tha you should be eating about .75g - 1g of protein per pound that you weigh. That will vary a little bit based on how active you are.
