I have a 3yr old too, & just couldn't figure out why the "baby weight" was still there. Since joining MFP, it has helped me become thinner & healthier than I was before I got pregnant. I am not done yet but getting there. You will do this! Good luck! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

I know there is a section of the menu with lighter fare. I once ordered the asian chicken salad from that section & it was awful! Hopefully, there are tastier options. Good luck!

I have always had the problem of shorts riding up so I only wear capris or pants--- I wear a t-shirt always. When I wear tanktops to work out, my underarms chafe.

I've been through a very similar situation & trust me you need to go for it! There is no worse feeling than regret....if you don't try you will never know! Have you been losing inches? I have lost inches but only about 4-5 lbs. Working the night shift must be tough. Taking a few healthy snacks & eating 2-3x during your shift may be what you need to reduce your overall caloric intake.
