If you have apps on your phone, I would download the Pandora Radio app... I think it is free. But you can search your kind of music you like and what it will do is play one of the songs by the person you like and then it will find songs that sound similar. I love it. But just my opinion :)

I go walking, do weights and do my exercise ball... I try not to over do it on my period.

I love Zumba! It took me two or three times to fully get the moves and what not. But it made me sore after I first did it the first time but hey that means it worked! :) Just go your own pace and then when you feel comfortable step it up :) It is soooo much fun!!!

I have Wii Fit, Super Mario Bros., The Biggest Loser game and we have a few sports games that are cool because they are pretty active! I want the Zumba game, Jillian Michaels' games, Just Dance and also NHL Slapshot is pretty sweet too!

I'm allowed 1.200 as well per day. But I like to drink water between meals and bites when I'm eating! But I also like to try to workout up to an hour a day just to get a good calorie burn and then that way if I am still hungry later I can use some of the calories i burned to munch on some snacks... But ALWAYS keep water…
