I find it's awesome for the days I have off work, or don't have a lot of time. I put some laundy in, do a work out, change the laundry, do another. And it's fun, so it keeps me interested. I love Free Step on the Wii Fit too!

Instead of potatoes for our big meals I do a baked Butternut Squash. Super tasty, really colourful and not too bad for you either :)

When I tried to eat one I just cut in and around the pit then it just sort of fell apart. I used it to make this tasty Broccoli/avacado qusadilla dealy.

I think I did ok for yesterday! I stayed under the goal. Still didn't exercise...it was my housemate's birthday so we went to a BBQ at a friends place. I'd say avoid the spanikopita, tasty but reeallly bad for you. I agree with the other posters- The Greek places I've been to usually have a none-breaded chicken, and you could do a salad without the feta/dressing, and drink lots of water!

Happy Wednesday! I kept under my calorie goal yesterday (1,094), but I didn't exercise :( That's the goal for today, to hit the stationary bike after I'm off work. At first I wasn't eating my exercise calories, but after seeing all the posts on here about how you really should, I smoked my plateau and I'm down another 3 pounds! You said you added an extra 200 calories, was it just snacks and stuff? I'm trying to find healthy ways to add my exercise calories back in.

I'm finding that Palmer's lotion that pregnant people use to get rid of stretch marks is really firming up my skin and helping it stay not saggy, so maybe that's worth a shot for you?:smile:

I love the Weight Watchers bread personally. 2 slices is only 100-120 calories. They have a Whole Weat and Multigrain one. Both are awesome!
