As lame as this sounds, I've been listening to a lot of old 90's stuff and...musicals! I have the Muppets soundtrack on my iPod, and a lot of the songs are so fun and upbeat, it gets me in the mood to move it!

I went and got everything I need for the 2 day smoothie fest, I'm going to start it tomorrow while I'm still on vacation. I know I'm lactose intolerant, but I have a bad feeling gluten also might be a culprit :(

I think I might give this a try! I have the worst food sensitivities, and I have no idea what causes them. I'll mhead to the grocery store tomorrow and pick up the stuff for the smoothies!

Mine was during my last year of University, and I went into Ricki's and tried on some size 18 clothes, and they didn't fit well. I left the store miserable and depressed, but got off my butt and now I'm fitting into size 10's!

I made the mistake of trying to weigh in during "the time" and I was so pissed off with myself! Somehow I had gained about 7 pounds in water weight. As soon as it was done, I went right back down but I almost had a heart attack!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who curses at her for those side lunges and strength :P I just finished Day 2 of Level 1. I tried the video a few months ago, and couldn't handle it, but now I'm back at it with a vengence! Good luck everyone!!!

I love egg whites! I make those Hungry Girl Egg Mug recipies all the time for breakfast, and I honestly can't tell the difference between the whites and using a real egg.
