I agree, once I'm done working out I take it off. However, my hr does drop super fast. Either way I unsnap it habitually b/c of A) the battery as said already and B) I sweat a lot and wash it every couple days.

For most people mfp wildly overestimates anyway. I wouldn't worry about not getting enough credit. MVP is about 20-30% too much for me personally

Yes I eat them. I don't worry about zones. If I can increase my run time; decrease recovery time; or lift heavier than before I happy. Also your hr won't be as easy to get up the longer you exercise.

71 lbs size 16 to 4. So yeah 6 sizes one size every 11 lbish for me. Maybe you just lose more in one spot first. I remember going 16 to 12 fast then 12 to 8 was soooo slow and 8 to 4 fast again. I don't think it was like clockwork every 11 lbs. Maybe 10 10 18 18 8 7

They key to long term success is short term manageable goals :) What's short term? It can be just a daily goal or even your goal for the morning or breakfast. "For breakfast I am going to eat XYZ and then when it is lunch I can eat again"
