Great idea! SW = 160 CW = 160 GW = 150 Goals for the month: 1 - stay smoke free 2- stay on track calorie-wise at least 5 days/week 3- exercise at least 45 minutes 5 days/week. Good luck everyone!

I exercise in the morning (planet fitness), unless I am going to zumba in the evening. I get up early enough so I can have a few cups of coffee, and putter while I wake up. I hear you! It's hard to lose the weight, and more and more I am seeing the need for toning :) I struggle with emotional eating too - escecially after I quit smoking, so I am trying to find ways to deal with that too. I'd like a few friends on here for support and accountability! deb
