I am sore, but not in the" I want to die" way I was when I did the 30 day shred day shred in March. I can walk up and down stairs and can sit without groaning, but I did need a hot bath last night for the aches. Funny how now I look forward to the good pain now!

I was burning over 250 on my 30dshred. A heart rate monitor is your best bet.

In the total body cardio, my kids favourite part is when Jillian uses Natalie to keep her balance, Natalie goes "ha I didn't fall", so Jillian pushes her. I also loved watching for the "mistakes," they make everyone more human and gives me hope that I am not failing when I have to cheat for two beats.

I have just finished my 30 days and am waiting for my 90 day total body with JIllian to arrive. The first day I couldn't move after the workout, I had to lie on the couch all afternoon.
