What's the point of losing the weight? I'll always have cellulite and will never wear shorts anyway. Also, thick is sexay (there's a thin line between thick and FAT).

GNC Lean 25 fo sho. Both the rich chocolate and the vanilla are amazeballs. I sometimes do one scoop of each for a nice mix. It's expensive, but it's delicious and a pretty good amount of protein (25 grams for two scoops). It's pretty popular, so it's usually buy one, get one half off.

I mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and honey. Not nearly as delicious as Ken's Honey Balsamic, but 10000x better for me :D

I usually get shrimp egg foo young and TRY to eat just one patty (never works out). The patties are under 200 cals each and very high in protein (and sodium, but you asked about CALORIES :). I avoid the gravy that comes with it and measure 1/2 cup of white rice (which won't kill you, fyi)

I took my first body pump class yesterday and, according to my HRM, I burned 556 cals in 56 minutes. Excellent workout!

I don't think it's the drinking that's the problem, but rather the gluttony that follows. I feel your pain! Counting calories seems sooo unimportant while tipsy. After reading all your comments, I looked at my net calorie history and for the most part, I was always netting around 1300 when my BMR is around 1800 Starting TODAY, I am reducing cardio and making sure to at least net my BMR every day. I have decided that cardio and strength will be done on seperate days. Responses so far seem to show that I'm simply creating too large a deficit (below my BMR) by doing both on the same day. I have a good feeling about this approach.

That would be awesome! I dread it every single time. It just sucks because we have been told for SO LONG that if we eat 1200 cals and do 5 hrs/day of cardio, we would lose. We seriously have to re-program our entire brain! It's a process.

Thanks so much for your help! I am finally starting to realize that cardio is NOT necessarily king. It sucks, because I HATE strength training with a fiery passion.

I agree. I think I'll start by reducing cardio and making sure to net my BMR or more every day. I'm skurred, but I'm going to do it.
