Congratulations!

Mine hasn't updated today either. I find disconnecting & reconnecting the accounts helps sometimes, but not today.

My goal is 155, but I'd be more than happy with 160-165. I'm 36 years old with a child. In H.S. I was 140 and that was thin & healthy. At one point with stress I was down to 130 & family & friends thought I had an eating disorder that's how sickly thin I looked.

Thank you!

You truly are amazing! Inspiring me every day!

You are amazing! I can't wait to catch up on your blog to read about your journey!

This entire post has me sooo hungry! I think I'm going to make every recipe there is! I better stock up on the pumpkin puree before there's another shortage! :D

You're beautiful! How do you have 3 kids?! Wow - you look so amazing & young!
-
1.) How old are your children and how many do you have? (share names if you wish) 1 almost 3 y/o little boy named Nathaniel (Natie) 2.) Will you be planning to have more kids in your future? Hope & pray to! 3.) How was your pregnancy/delivery? Pregnancy was AMAZING, never a happier time in my life, even with my gestational…

I wear a HRM (Heart Rate Monitor) to track my calories, then I added an exercise that I use every time I do the c25k - "c25k calories calculated with HRM" I adjust the time & calories based on what my HRM says. HTH!
-
Welcome! I'm finally getting back into MFP & c25k too! The two combined really seem to keep me motivated.
-
Great post! Love the results that have been shown already! It gives me hope!

Wow! Such an amazing transformation! You look wonderful!

Yes! I've been in denial myself. More so looking in the mirror, vs REALLY seeing myself in photos or videos. Just the other day I took my start of the journey "before pics" and wow - it was a reality check. But, we're taking the steps to go in the right direction.
-
You're amazing! Congratulations on your incredible success! You're an inspiration to all!

YES!

Stronger - Kayne West - When I used to run races I would always plan this as my last song to give me that extra push to sprint to the finish line.

Same situation here! I think this time the key is the community here - we're all in the same boat & having someone to talk to & support will help! I love that you're taking it all back! Great way to think & be!

This is one of the reasons why I'm on here - afraid of being a statistic to a complication to obesity. I'm "pre-diabetic", so I'm leading down that path. You're doing all the right things - tracking your foods & exercising. Keep it up !

Great post. I have this & haven't used it once. (so embarrassed to admit!) I'm going to start this either tonight or Monday. I have a killer 5k (stairs & ramps) on Sunday & don't want to kill myself before then - then again it just may give me the strength I need to complete it!

What a transformation! I'd be at the beach every day rockin' that body! Go girl!

Hi all! I recently joined MFP about two weeks ago after another failed WW attempt. I currently have a 21 month old Son with hopes to start TTCing once I drop some more weight. I'm 2 months shy of the dreaded 35 in the TTC world so I hope to have no additional problems. I had Gestational Diabetes with my first pregnancy &…

I WI a few times a week. I found by doing that I can see how different foods effect my WI due to sodium, etc. My "official" WI is only once a week - same time, same day, etc.

RunKeeper is great! I use that for my runs & walks. I find music keeps me going for running, but walks it tends to annoy me. For walks I love to listen to podcasts - usually about health & fitness. I don't have time to listen to them any other time, so my walks is my me time to do it.
-
You look great! You look younger too. So much happier & healthier! Congrats!

You must feel like a new person! You look fantastic!

You look amazing! What an accomplishment!
