Thank you @pnece I will be with a group the entire time and they generally provide meals. I really want to figure out where a store is nearby so I can get some veggies for my room or see if I can bring some in my luggage

I always look at the scale even when I should wait it out a little longer. I agree with the other comments- and think if you wait a little longer and keep up the great work you will eventually see the results. Happy Birthday!!!!!

I find that I feel a lot better after working out during that time. I just keep telling myself OK I'll do something for 5-10 minutes and usually by 10 minutes in I feel so much better and then keep going. Keep up the great work!

I tend to make an egg sandwich in a variety of ways as others have expressed. My go to "bread" is Lavash Bread with Flax, Oat bran and whole wheat. When you cut one in half it is only 50 calories. I then make a couple of eggs and add a slice of cheese. I like a spicy cheese. Comes to under 300 calories, and by having all…

I remember the same feeling at first. I seem to eat a lot more now but all healthier choices. I tend to eat something every couple of hours but things like cucumbers, carrots and other veggies as well as fruits like bananas.
