for small goals i have planned little things,... a manicure, a new makeup item, new book... i try and keep it around $15 for the larger goals... it depends, a night out with the hubs, a new outfit, etc... try use something non-food related.. hope that helps!

do you like mushroom... i have been using portobello mushrooms a lot lately. they are very filling and so low in calories. i made mini pizzas with them or slice up with a stir fry. you can also stuff them with pretty much anything that sounds tasty and bake.

okay i looked at your diary. you are eating out way too much!i would change your settings to also monitor your sodium. a lot of the stuff you are eating is VERY high in sodium. make sure you are drinking a lot of water to flush that all out.
