I did SIU for 1 week and now I am on day 2 of RIU. I like it so far. But, I was disappointed b/c last week I only lost 1 lb. I have heard great things about this program so I am anxious to see what happens over the next few weeks. Good luck to everyone!

No, I haven't followed their meal plans or taken any supplements. Maybe I will look into following one of the meal plans for a week or so. 2.5lbs in 2 days - Awesome! That is definitely motivating.

I also did Ramp it Up last night. Your right, it was a great workout. Time actually went by pretty fast. I am a little sore today. I plan on doing it tonight again when I get home.

1 Week down, 5 more to go! I finished it Start it UP this week. I was able to get it in 5 days this week rather than 6, but that is better than nothing. I am the same way. Weekends are my downfall. I do great tracking and eating healthy all week, then the weekend comes and it seems I forget how to do these things. But, I guess it is better than being bad all the time.
