My measurements are 37 under bust 42 bust I can confortably wear a 36DD or even 38DD. I have also struggled with different bras and finding some that fit the right way.

maybe just stating "oh, i wish, but if it doesnt grow from the ground i am not doing it' Or something about you looking for healthier alternatives, you may be surprised who leaves fruit on your desk or home grown veggies.

have you done your measurments? muscle weighs more that fat. You may be surprised if you do your measurment and keep track that way. I think you should continue the program, if nothing else you are pry eating healthier

When you enter your work out it will add calories to your total calories you are aloud to eat that day, if you don’t work out for the day then you earn no extra calories so you will stay at the 1200 or whatever your target calorie intake is.

I too do zucchini and different squashes; I also can tolerate egg plant, and cauliflower. Just make sure you know how to cook it that makes a big difference in the tastes. For salads i try to use raw spinach instread of iceburg lettuce

may be tmi but i have become more regular in the last week or so since i started eating fresh fruits and veggies. I have cut out almost all processed foods. i am thinking it depends on how severe your issue is.

Check your sodium intake as well, i was have struggled with water retention my whole like. I now drink about 3 liters of wanter a day.
