I agree with Tofu...it's amazing how that stuff can take on any flavor! I have an awesome Tofu Chocolate Mousse recipe (that people have no clue is tofu and they eat it up!), so I'm certain it would be great in cheesecake too!

If you're goal is weight loss right now, I'd say just eat your normal calories (whatever plan you're on..1500 cal, 1200 cal, etc.).
