I've learned over the years, that food is fuel for your body. If you work out, you should be eating the calories you burn. I stay at 1300 calories. does anyone know what to change our daily calories on here? I did a Body Analysis and have to lower my calorie count. I don't use all of my calories anyway. :grumble:
