I don't have any recipes for the sauce like you are requesting. I do however use shirataki noodles though. (made our of chickpea and other veggies) they taste like reqular noodles but only have 30 cals for the whole pkg. Will be helpful in lowering the overall cal count for the whole meal. My husband and I weighed the same for a while. He is 6'2 VERY muscular 180. I was 5'4 short and fat. It really sucked. I totally know how you feel. They don't seem to notice though. ;)

I know what you mean. My mother in law is 5 4 same as me. She is 130 and looks a little fat. She is a TINy bilt lady with little fingers and small feet ect. I wear a bigger size, have size 8 fingers sice 10 shoe, but look a lot leaner. Bone size really does matter. : )

I've done some research on plateau. A few suggestions were cut out salt, another was have an apple day where all you eat for a day is 6-9 apples, then go back to your diet. I don't know what to day... don't want to sabotage you, but on days when I am really really hungry, I listen to my body and eat. Then just try to start over the next day. I've lost 25 pounds so far, so it still has worked out for me. It doesn't hurt to add in an extra work out, but sometimes that is a challenge too. :)…

My husband grills chicken strips on the grill for me on the weekends. I put two strips in a sandwich bag. I also pack romaine lettuce with zero cal itialan dressing (or you can make your own dressing with strawberries and vinegar) and I also pack one fruit. Works perfect! I'm full and loosing weight yay!

500 aday. Lunch and dinner. It's actually big portions just completely unprocessed, only healthy food. I eat either grilled chicken, steak or fish, one large veggie and one fruit for each meal. Lost 15 pounds in four weeks!
