  • Idea for next week...What about 30 minutes of Dancing per day. It is high in Cardio, not something that the body is normally use to so it could change up the routine and confuse the body?

  • Lost 1 pound. something weird happened when I put it in the chart. I put down my current weight and it now says -198 under total lost. I am not sure what I did wrong. Can anyone fix it?
  • I am going to try harder with the challenges this week. Work has been too stressful and I have let it get me down. I am going to copy and paste the challenges and make myself a chart. I have got to get motivated!

  • Great job! Maybe you could go to a Mary K party or a store that does makeup. They could show you how to wear it to bring out you good features. I would guess you are doing fine on your own since you are getting complements. :happy:
  • Not having to buy new stuff is a plus! But you will still want to once you get to your goal. It is part of the reward for working so hard! I have stuff I have saved too and the one thing I am doing this time is every time I drop a size I am getting rid of the bigger stuff. That way I don't have my fat wardrobe to fall back…
