My body feels tore up every freaking day. Starting to feel signs of a burnout. I thought DOMS was supposed to go away after a few weeks. Trying to avoid OTC pain med, but I hit ibuprofen quite a bit. I drink a recovery drink after every workout, but that doesn't seem to be doing enough. Day 51 - Core Synergistics completed…

I missed Kempo last week so need to try and mix it in during phase 2 recovery week. Can't lose a day! I wonder if I'll ever be able to do warrior 3 before this is all said and done...

Day 44. No Plyometrics for two weeks yaay!

DAY 36 chest shoulder tri's completed I feel terrible. I felt a bit sick during the routine as well. Makes me want to quit

Week 5's Yoga done, and I kicked butt this time. Although I can't do warrior 3's moves I nailed the rest pretty much. Finally was able to do crane too. Although I did fall on my face at the end which really hurt. Going to finally start the phase 1 diet on Monday. While I have greatly increased my strength and endurance,…

As a home brewer, I won't be giving up on the beer. Good luck to you and your wife though!

day 27 yoga done. Yesterday I did both day 25 and 26 (core first then stretch). I think I pulled a core muscle as well at some point. Noticeable when I move, but not incredibly painful on the right side of my abs..

24 - Kenpo. By far the most fun in the program thus far. Saturday is only a stretch day. I guess that will make it easy for me to not skip :)

23 - Core Synergistics done... Pretty tough. I don't feel that I worked hard though since some of the moves were challenging and I had to watch for a number of the beginning reps.

Day 20 done. Feeling of shin splints today. Hopefully that will heal up in recovery week. Also weigh in reflected my terrible diet this weekend. Back to no weight loss :(

I know how you feel. I felt like giving up after two weeks since all I had to show for it was a gain of one pound! My weigh in today was the first time I lost anything. Hang in there.

P90X Day 17 complete - Shoulders & Arms & Ab Ripper.. didn't do bonus due to running low on time. I tried something new with ab ripper... I did 20 of each exercise then rested while they finished up. It really helped me maintain form in the later exercises without quitting so early. Tomorrow is the real challenge. Laziness…

I've done it a few times now over the years. Only the first week is bad for me... Easiest way for me to get started was to just eat everything you want that doesn't have carbs, and slowly your body adjusts to not being so hungry. Then you can adjust your diet later to be a bit healthier.

Day 10 done. Shoulder felt fine, but I need to figure out the proper weights.

I'm right behind you guys. Day 9 for me. Wish I had a better diet though... Week 1 resulted in only a loss of 1/2 pound. I suspect I'm not eating enough calories which just seems backwards. I even had a couple bike rides last week! I'm too uncoordinated for that plyo baseball bonus round exercise. By the time I figure it…
