Unfortunately, as women I think it's in our genetic makeup to never be satisfied! Lol! But honestly, that's where the problem lies. If you are killling yourself in the gym, restricting calories and just generally unhappy because you're hungry all the time- then I would honestly say enough is enough.

$20 a month?!? Wow! That must have been some sort of sign up special. I am joining Crunch tomorrow (a Christmas present to myself) and when it's all said and done it will come out to around $45/month. I hear the classes are fantastic and they keep their gyms impeccably clean. Did you join?

Same boat. I am in therapy as well. Apparently this cycle is not uncommon (Stacy London discusses it in her new book). It is frightening to me that in 18months I've gone from 146 to 106 back to 130. Its like I've had people telling me to "eat" for so long, I took them way too seriously. How are you two doing?

Reading everyone's stories of binge eating is so reassuring. I think creating an online support group is needed for many of us. I am in therapy for my binge eating. I am on the tail end of this horrific cycle of anorexia to bulimia to now binge eating. I didn't realize this is a common cycle until "What Not To Wear's"…
