Sounds like fun! Let me know when you work out the details :)

Hospitals are great with their nutritional information and dieticians. However, if you can't speak with someone right away try following the glycemic index (wonderful advice I'm gotten from others on mfp). http://www.glycemicindex.com is a great website to start with!

I'm a big fan of Jody Picoult. I've read everything she's published. They all focus on taboo issues that make you think "what would i do".

Wow. Congrats! And what better way to show of a new you than a new haircut. You look amazing!

I not a professional by any means, but looking at your diary, I don't think you're eating enough. Try to increase your calorie to at least 1200. This way your body won't think you're starving yourself and reserve extra fats.

I started using Mio Liquid... It's flavored drops you can add to water. There's no calories, carbs, sugars, or anything in it, but it makes the water more tolerable. And the packaging is convenient so you can use a different flavor every time you refill your water bottle :)

Thank for the help so far! I've looked at the glycemic index of foods before, but completely forgot about it! Today was rare that I had strictly grapes (woke up late and they were the easiest to grab). Usually I have a mix of cantaloupe, watermelon, bananas, pineapple, strawberries and blueberries (yes, I love my fruit!).…

A big congrats to you! (I have the opposite mindset, jeans seem to hold things snugger so I don't wear anything but them.)
