Have only been doing relatively short, gentle walks the last few days (as leg still tight & sore) but should be cycling again tomorrow hopefully :) Total so far: 46.7/100

THIS 100%. You have some pretty wacky things in the States. This is pretty high up on the list of Weirdest Traditions. Spend time with your family.

Talk to your doctor in the first instance. It may be that you're still recovering (you'd be surprised how long this can take) and your doctor may want to prescribe something like lactulose or movicol. If you have a high fibre diet already, adding more fibre isn't going to make a difference.

9.6 of mountain biking over the weekend, then I face planted in the bike park and crapped up my leg and shoulder. Given the state of my limbs, just did a gentle walk today (1.6) and it'll be a while before I am back to serious riding or any running. Total so far: 35.1/100

2.6 running in the bag this morning. 24/100!

I'm not married (yet - we're working on a date) but my OH will always be "Ben". Hah. Another nitpick brought to the forefront by one of my patients: she hates it when people call her children her "kids". She's not a nanny goat. She doesn't have kids.

I buy them canned, and they are also great cold in salads.

DOMS stands for two things: Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness and DO More Stuff. Work through it. Moderate cardio will loosen you up. You'll be fine. GO GO GO.

There's a bicep brewing, I swear. Now I just need to free it from the surrounding fat -

Went for a cycle to the shops this morning and a run just now, bringing me up to a total of: 21.4/100

I've been told that using ankle weights is not really recommended as it affects your gait in a negative way. Not sure to the details of that, and would be curious to know if anyone has any evidence or further info on this.
