Good reminder that this is a life long journey. There wil lbe ups and downs, the important thing is to keep at up. Get back up afer we fall down, and start each day fresh.

Eat a sensible dinner and your snack. Have a glass of mile with dinner. It is okay on an occasional basis to be under your calorie count.

ARe you getting enough protein ? Are you eating enough? - If I eat too few calories, I get head aches also. I try to eat 5 to 6 small meals everyday,
