I may have to look for this dvd then :) ive got 9months to loose 2stone (28lb) which i guess is doable :) I only have little upper arms so really need weight off my arms n toning and def back fat toning too as its a sprapless dress xx

Awww fab well done u also...got 9months to loose 2stone (28lbs) mmmm is it doable? Get married End of May! Im doing slimming world and have so far lost 11lbs but not followed it properly for 3weeks so weigh in tomorrow and bk on it for good :) with only one treat a week!!! xx

Oh and its 25th May....so got 10months to do it.....well say 9months as need dress altering etc...got my dress and it doesnt fit, a stone off and it should but i want 2stone off xx

Im 5'1 and im 151lbs and target goal is about 123lbs (2stone lost) Im getting married in May and HAVE to be a skinny bride!! Just wanna be in the 8stone something band cant remember the last time i was that! Im having my dream wedding and i have to be my dream weight!! xx

Thanks guys!! I get weighed in the morning so will see how much ive put on this week then will start fresh tomorrow!! Need this 2stone off so i can learn to love the way i look and the way i am!! xx
