Thanks washboard abs.. :) No its just I feel if I ate all that I wouldn't loose any weight.. I'm starting these diet pills my doc Rx me.. Phentermine and they are supposed to keep you from eating.. Confusing..??

Funny today I noticed I haven't changed my I-pod In a very long time.. Some songs when I hear them at the bar or on radio reminds me of working out!! lol

I would stay on the machines a little longer.. In past wt loss journeys I would do the Eliptical for an hour, burning around 800+ cal.. Check your settings.. raise the incline or resistance to give that extra boost!!
