One thing I am good at - being honest about logging food and exercise. If anything, I underestimate my exercise and overestimate how much I have eaten. I did more than my quota of planks last week I promise! Doing 30 day shred, so counted about 4 minutes worth each day from level 3 and topped up with 2 minutes on their own each day. Really pleased with my 2lb loss this week. Walked 5 miles today plus I did level 3 30 shred 1 1/2 times (daughter pressed the rewind button while i was doing it and it went back to the beginning again!) Sarah

I'm on level 3 - I find there is something to hate in all three levels! Nice to have a change in routine though. I've done day 4 at level 3 today. Only walked 0.5 miles so far today but will walk 1.5 miles with the dog tonight. Sarah

Even though I gained 1lb last week, I'm still happy with that - I allowed myself to as I had visitors staying and it was my wedding anniversary. Just completed day 2 at level 3 and will be walking my kids to school and nursery in about half an hour - about a 2 mile round trip. I will also be walking the dog for 2 miles later as well. Really motivated again after a two week dip. Sarah

The only thing I can think of is walking with the buggy - you could go miles every day with your daughter. Or even jogging with the buggy. Sorry, I'm all out of ideas!

I'll join in too - I started it a couple of weeks ago but want to do 30 days straight. I've had a few breaks but I got up to day 17 this morning. I'll start from today as day 1 but will be at level 3 and sticking with it for the next 30 days straight without a break. Sarah

Keep going and keep the faith! If you keep doing the right things it will come off eventually. I find when I start a new exercise activity, I don't lose for a couple of weeks. I started the 30 day shred and put on two pounds the first week then lost 5lb the week after. It WILL come off! Sarah

I get up at 6.15 and have a light breakfast - small bowl of cereal usually. I give it 15 minutes while I catch up on here then do 30 DS.
