Something I like about myself.... Physically, I like my boobs and the strength in my legs (even if they are a bit chunky...its mostly muscle). Otherwise I like my ability to self motivate and strength of mind.

Thanks for the suggestions. Yes, I roll on frozen bottle of water twice a day, do stretches to my fascia and calves 4-5 times a day, have worn compression sleeves, roll on a golf ball twice a day (horrendously painful but consultant says it will help), wear a night splint and have orthotics, wear skechers shape up trainers…

Take it at your own pace, don't let others push you faster than you are comfortable going and that includes couch to 5 k apps....if you aren't ready to move on to the next week then repeat the same week however many times you need to until you are ready to move on. I'm a pepsi max addict and have quit drinking it althogether now for a month. I have previously given it up for much longer periods (i.e while I was pregnant and breastfeeding when I gave it up for about 4 years - two pregnancies). When I get a craving, I drink fruit juice with fizzy water. Not the same, but it helps.

Yes please! I lost 4 stone through mfp 2 years ago and put it all back on after a nasty fall out with someone I thought was a friend. I've had a couple of false starts back on here but have got my head back in the right place to lose weight and get fitter now. I just need a group like this to help keep me on track.

Sorry I'm late - life very busy at the moment with a change in career direction and a total refurbishment of our house. Internet connection is dependent on what is being done in our house at the time. I put on a lb this week - 165lbs. I must try harder. Sarah

My final weigh in is 160lbs. Just 6lb short of my target and I'm happy with that. I've lost 37lbs since starting on mfp at the beginning of july and 29lbs since the start of this challenge. I can't remember which measurements we need to do though. Sarah

CW 168 so no change for me. I've not been eating that well due to a stinker of a cold, but it is on its way out now so should be back on track this week. My measurements are probably the same as last time but here they are: Chest:39 Waist:33 Hips:40 Thighs: 24.5 Arms: 10.5
