168 this week. Up 1lb.

Exactly the same senario except he said "so, are we getting married then?" This was after 9 1/2 years together - been together nearly 17 years now and have two children. Sarah

I log it as circuit training 27 minutes. Sarah

Sounds good! I will try it tomoorow when I've got the ingredients. Thanks SArah

Sorry Jenn, did no physical challenge over the weekend but did it every day during the week. Just couldn't find time as my son was ill and needed me. Sarah

1lb loss this week - CW 167lbs Sarah

just once, first thing every morning. It's only a rough guide to keep me on track so I don't get a huge shock at the end of the week if I've inadvertently over eaten. I only pay any real attention to my weigh in on monday morning.

That's fantastic! I can't wait to be where you are - not far to go now, just 13lbs! Today's challenge completed after doing 30 DS this morning. Rather annoyingly, the scales have gone up two pounds this week and I've been really good with keeping within goal and exercising loads - ah well, I guess it will come off…

Yes I do. I can't afford a decent HRM, so I compromised and bought an omron walking style one pedometer. It had good reviews on amazon, so I thought it was worth a go at around £15. It seems to be very accurate - I've counted steps manually and then compared (up to 1000) and it was only out by 2 - I may have missed a…

Done both challenges this morning plus 30 DS level 2 and an hour walk on the common with the dog. Watched myself in the mirror while doing 30 DS (a big one over the fireplace in the living room) and was pleased to see a lot less jiggling going on. I'm really starting to see in the mirror the image of myself that I have…

Did the jjkicks last week every day - they didn't do anything new for me but then I do 30DS most days and those muscles are quite tolerant of exercise now. It is probably better to suggest exercises that are possible for everyone to do and then the individual can tailor them to suit their fitness level - I think the…

2lb loss for me this week. Current weight is 168lbs:happy: Sarah

Doing my jjkicks with 30 DS daily and eating breakfast daily. Today I wore a pair of size 14 (UK) jeans for the first time in 3 years! Sarah

I love exercising in the morning! Like you said - sets you up for the rest of the day, smug in the knowledge that you have a big tick in the exercise box! It also gets lots of water in me first thing as well, I drink about 4 glasses during and after doing 30 DS. Keep it up Roxane - you'll be a morning exercise lover like…

Stayed the same this week - not bad seeing as I was on holiday! Sarah

A tricky one. Maybe go over again and ask if you can help. Are you in a position to have one of the puppies so that at least one gets saved? Maybe offer to take the mum to the vet? How old are the puppies? Sorry, I'm not much help I know, how distressing to watch. Sarah

The first time I just went up a level when I thought I could manage it. I did 8 days each on level 1 and 2 and the remaining days at level 3. I did have a few days off the first time - after day 3 I had two days off to let my muscles recover and I had another break somewhere. I then I had 3 weeks off then started again.…

on holiday at the moment without a tape measure but i can give u my measurements i took last week for another challenge. Chest:40", waist: 34", hips:41", arms:10.5", thighs:25". On phone, sorry about the lack of paragraphs!

5lb lost this week!

Thanks! I will really try hard - the only way I can log in is on my phone and they live in the hills so the signal is terrible - it takes about 2 minutes to navigate to another page, so inputing food is VERY laborious! I'll try and walk somewhere with a better signal. I have bought myself a pedometer which gives you…

I'm happy to report that the 2lb I gained last week are already gone plus another one. Monday is my official weigh in day, so we shall see how it goes then. I'm away for the next week at the in laws which will be a testing time - difficult to do my preferred form of exercise (30 DS) as there is nowhere with enough space…

My weigh in may have not looked great but I have just started a new round of 30 DS. I dide 2 levels back to back for the first two days after which I had my weight gain. Unfortunately this happens after each time I start a new exercise regime! To make myself feel better I measured and found I had lost 8 inches since I last…

Up 2lbs this week to 175lb  However, I've changed my exercise regime again a couple of weeks ago and have lost 8 inches since 1st October  I'm hoping that it will drop down again next week. Sarah

I was where you are 2 1/2 years ago with our beloved first dog - your post still brings up the feelings of pain and loss. My thoughts are with you. Sarah

Well! I tried my new step aerobics dvd and it is so fast paced I can't keep up! It's not my exercise tolerance, it is my co-ordination that is the problem. I think I might have to watch it a few times before I try doing it properly again. It looks like fun once you've got the moves though. Instead, I did level 1 AND level…

I've done all but 10 minutes of the dancing from the physical challenge this week and walked 16 miles so far. I should do another 10 miles before monday. I've taken a couple of weeks off doing 30 day shred after I completed 31 days. I just fancied a change. I've just started my step aerobics DVD for the first time and will…

Only done 39.7 miles at the halfway point. I'm going to have to up my mileage to meet the 100mile goal! Weight is coming off though - 3 lb to go to meet my 5% target. Sarah

Down 1lb - so current weight is 173lb.
