I am hooked on sweet potatoes! I scrub the SP and cut off any bad parts (I like to eat the skin). Then, I wrap it in paper towels. Next, I soak the papertowels wrapped around the SP. I stalled a few weeks ago too. After a lot of reading on these boards I decided to up my daily calorie goal from 1200 to 1500. I have consistently lost a pound every week since.

I've actually been having this problem too and it's frustrating b/c I make sure I eat PLENTY of fiber, as well as water. I took a stool softener last week to help things out and it did, but now I'm back to the pebbles. What's up with that? Having a good bowel movement always makes me feel like I've accomplished something…
