it depends on what you choose, we are big indian fans. I will have chicken tikka [no sauce] saag aloo and 2 poori breads, or 1 naan bread and it will be under 600, but my hubby will have a saucey curry with rice and a naan and it will be loads! Hope you find something and enjoy it!
