Here's some pretty bad ones... can't believe they felt like they needed to airbrush Kate Upton so much. She's naturally gorgeous... This one is just weird... her arms look deformed. and creepy...

@vidasana - love the current avatar. You look like a model on that beach! :flowerforyou:

I actually for once think she looks 100% better in the non-shopped picture.

It is to me, because I enjoy going out and having a good time once in a while, eating good food that I love and not worrying about every little calorie for one night. It's leisure time - and we all spend it differently. Just because I relax with a good meal at a restaurant once a week doesn't make me a weak-spined cheater.…

You sound like buckets of fun. :drinker:

Ashley Horner. Literally everything about her body is what I want! She's freaking perfection.

Just weigh them out. This is why I bought a digital scale - I used to count the chips before I had the scale and often I was consuming 2x as much as a serving was supposed to be. And on a side note - chips are not necessarily unhealthy. I buy Giant Eagle brand, which are really tasty, and they have a lightly salted kind…

Pretty often, yes, especially if I want ice cream. lol. 1200 calories is too little for just about anyone imo.

Excellent attitude. Don't let one negative moment control your future. I don't know what your eating has been like for the last week - but it is possible the 5lbs could be water weight from high sodium? Just a thought! Keep on doing what you've been doing and I'm sure it will come off.

RIBS. All the ribs.

Okay, I updated mine finally. Taken today. :)

Optimum Nutrition 100% All Natural Whey in vanilla is the best around, imo. A bit pricey, I guess, but bodybuilding.com sells it for like half the price of ON's website.

I think we're fairly similar. I'm 5'7 and was 190ish lbs at my highest weight. I gained mostly in my thighs, butt, and abdomen. But the last 10-20lbs was all over, the arms, the chest, the face, neck, etc. I'm a pear shape I guess, so never had a big chest, always had wide hips. Add me if you want, I've been here almost 2…

Having a mental disorder doesn't mean you're crazy. Getting help and taking meds to make yourself better is the most sane thing you can do - I would suggest seeing a psychiatrist at least. You're only causing yourself more pain by not going. OCD sucks, I'm sorry you have to deal with such a severe case of it, but please…

Add me if you like - I'm not on a paleo diet or anything like that, but would love to have someone like you on my FL. Motivated, positive, successful, always welcome in my circle. :) As long as you're not going to bash me or my friends for not doing paleo... lol. You don't seem the type, though. I think it'd also be cool…

This, if you don't have someone who would help you take the pictures. Can always add lights temporarily or try doing it during the day time and opening up the blinds to let sunlight in. It's tricky, but digital cameras are great that way so you can take as many as you need to get it right. (if you have a digi cam.) Just…

I save them for when I do fried chicken. (Boneless / skinless breasts done with homemade breading.) So I double coat them, first in the flour dredge, then in the yolk / milk mixture, then again in the flour. Very yummy. :) I don't use all the yolks up like that, but at least some don't go to waste. ETA: I do love yolks,…

Ah - I think what I should have said is you should base the protein on what your GOAL weight will be. Might be easier for you, then.
-
I don't know what your goals currently are, but I would suggest making sure you're getting enough protein in. 1 gram per pound of body weight is a good guideline. I have mine set at 30% protein, so I get in about 130g a day if I'm doing it right. I do 45% carbs, 25% fat. Seems to work alright for me. As far as planning out…

My goto high protein foods = Milk (usually skim), eggs, egg whites, Greek yogurt, lean chicken, lean beef, canned chunk light tuna, Kashi GOLEAN original cereal (13g of protein per cup), some breads / buns have more protein than others, potatoes, beans, swiss cheese, peanut butter, and recently I've taken a liking to the…

This... but, I probably will take another one soon. Liking some progress I'm seeing in my abs / legs / arms.

Cheating = lying about what I ate, not logging it. Never cheat!
