Yep, same problem...PCOS. I do take Metformin, but only started losing weight when I lowered grains & carbs as well as decreased dairy. The Zone principle for diet is a good one, just get your carbs from low glycemic index fruits & veggies. It's a struggle, but not insurmountable... Good luck to us all!

Deadlifted 135# today 2 reps!!! Could've went for more but still had to WOD; PC 45# X 30 reps for C & Js. Doesn't sound like a lot, but it is 40# more than I've lifted since having 3 shoulder surgeries!!!! :happy:
