I did figure that out and its supposed to be about 1240 calories per day. been trying to keep that , had gone over sometimes the first week. It is hard to get into a routine. I just have to try harder and eat better, keep the junk food and stuff outta my house! Thanks for your encouragement!

yeah, I'll have to keep a written list until I get home. I have been keeping track of portions already. I count everything out, measure , etc. Thanks for your help!

most are quick calorie counts on my diary.....not supposed to be using the computer for that at work , so use it mostly to just add them up quickly and do not have a smart phone. will try to add foods more though to get some feedback. thanks for your reply though!

Thanks, I appreciate your suggestions, not corny, true. Hope I can make myself log everything, was not so good at it at weight watchers! But I'm on my computer more than I like to be anyways, so why not! Again, thanks for your help!
