I just bought a new pair of Realflex running shoe by Reebox. I use them on the treadmill for walking and running. They are light weight and are very light weight and flexible. I didn't have to brake them in either. I choose them because my left foot is a bit wider than my right foot and if I'm not careful shoes can hurt…

My plan is to eat less than I would have last year. Recently, though I have noticed that even my "less than" is becoming too much. I still feel stuffed and I've come to hate that feeling. So, I will have to be careful not to eat too much even though it's less than before. :) Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

i have noticed in MFP cardio database there is a "strength training" listed. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it's better than nothing. In essence you will list your strength training under cardio. go look for it and see what you think. :) Good luck.
