I have one and it has been reviewed well in the Apple App Store, it's called "heart rate". You take your pulse for a period of time and it calculates your bpm. It doesn't say anything about calories burned though. :(

I'm in a similar situation... since starting MFP at the beginning of July this is the first week that I haven't lost. But! I haven't gained either! :indifferent: So even though it's a little upsetting it's something that happens and this should make your next loss even more exciting! That's what I'm telling myself.…

Exactly! I've based my goal weight on both my lowest weight ever and BMI. When I was at 140 last, I was told that I looked "sick". I felt like I was happy with my body. Everyone also carries weight differently. Shape adds to the look of weight tremendously and my shape has changed since I was 18. So, maybe 140 will look…

Thanks for the advice. I just didn't think it would be such a difference!

I agree that the accessories are lacking a bit but the dress is super cute. Accessories are a matter of style though. I wouldn't wear those shoes with that length of dress because it can cause a shorting visual. Flats or boots maybe? And I don't find cropped tight sweaters to look good on me. I have a big chest and think…

Steam or boil some of your favorite veg; I LOVE zucchini and the different forms of broccoli (rabe, -ni) and bring a little container of balsamic and pour it on before eating. Complete with protein of your choice if you choose.

175 - 185.

20 lbs in just about 2 months.

Agree! Pre-MFP I used to used a ton of milk/half&half and like four sugars, and have about 2-5 a day. :noway: Since MFP, I've cut out all white sugars, cold turkey, it is terrible the first couple of days but it's totally worth it after. I feel like when you're taking in a ton of sugar, you're way less sensitive to it. Now…

From a White Chocolate Mocha and frap lover, I've started getting a Venti Iced Coffee Unsweetened with Soy and it only comes out to 35 calories. It's creamy and wondrous. Be careful with the Light fraps, (I've had them a few times and then kicked myself for it) they may be low in calories but the sugar is through the roof.…

I got two at the dollar store.

Agreed.

lemon juice (preferably fresh) can also be used in place of (or with in small amounts) the vinegar. i do a one to two ratio. one teaspoon extra virgin + two citrus/vinegar. and of course, any dried seasonings you like. salt & pepper are a must for me.

Oh my! I LOVE frozen bananas. If they're turning brown, I cut them and put them in a container in the freezer. The cold creaminess is almost more appetizing to me than room-temp.

If I'm "behaving" I usually plan for the entire week and then go shopping - working off of what is on sale, what is in season, and or what my fiancee or I have been craving. Certain meals can also be re-worked for left-overs to give them a twist and I keep those in mind for days that I don't have the time to prep/cook to…

I would take it as you feel. You don't wanna over-eat and then have it come up. :ohwell:

Hey! Since starting MFP I've gone around a bit of what I want my goal weight to be (the smallest I've been, a little over, a little under...) and what I've concluded is to set it right now for my lowest weight and see how I feel when I get there. I'm halfway there now. I don't care about the number, if I have a flat belly…

I find that if I try my hardest to eat raw/un-processed foods as much as possible, especially before that TOTM, then I don't get those crazy cravings. I've also been freezing cut up bananas and dipping the chucks in peanut butter. It kinda reminds me of ice-cream.

I "zombie eat". At night, half asleep, I can be found eating all kinds of things and then going to back to bed. :blushing:

I've been on MFP for a little less than 2 months and I've lost about 15lbs since I started. My body is a little more compact, clothes fit looser, I've had people ask and say that I look like I've lost but, it's not like a complete change. I could probably drop down a clothing size (top & bottom) but it would be most likely…

I was given a Vitamix as a gift and did not really know anything about it at the time. I am amazed at the things that it can do. I make all kinds of things from breadcrumbs and sauces to smoothies. It cleans and stores beautifully. Quiet. Quick. It's the best thing I have in my kitchen.

I like this marinade with a side of rice, chick peas, zucchini, on a pita... just by itself! It's fresh and Mediterranean inspired. Mash fresh garlic glove. Kosher salt. Black Pepper. Dried Oregano. (Just a tad it's pretty strong) Zest of 1 medium lemon. Half the juice of the lemon. Some fresh chopped parsley. Some extra…

Think of it as a regular "hang-out" and after a drink you'll feel a little flirty and it'll turn out to be a really fun night. I know that's how it was with my fiance and I, we were friends for like 3 years before we started dating. Just relax and have fun girlie. :D

Totally agree! If you work your meals around buying fresh produce that's on sale/in-season and fresh cut meats on sale/from a good butcher, I find you spend less on more fulfilling healthy meals. And left-overs! Prepping and cooking fresh is more laborious, I get lazy and eat out frequently :( , but I would say "healthy…

I start at about 175lbs and a 38DD. I've dropped about 15lbs so far and my band size has gone down from a 38 to a 36 but I'm still a DD cup. I haven't noticed a difference but a few co-workers said they look smaller! :D

Hey. I've been on MFP for a little over a month and I have successfully weighed in every Wednesday morning. Seems fitting in some weird mid-week way. I have put off taking measurements though...

I think it really depends on your body. Mine did not shrink all that much in past, but you never know this time around! At my lowest weight (140ish) I was a standard 36-DD and at my heaviest (190ish) I was a full 38-DD.
