I'm looking for good honest feedback from those that have tried it. I know to some that are hardcore eating right and exercising right this may seem ridiculous. I'm trying to watch my calorie intake and add exercise but supposedly acv has lots of other healthy benefits so if this can aid in weight loss then why not? I…

@WakkoW @indigoblue9572 No you have tried it or No it didn't work?

I'll never forget my a-Ha moment. It changed my life forever. My family had just returned from our first ever Disney vacation and I was so excited to see all of our pics. I was mortified and disgusted with myself. I mean I knew I was big but I had no idea how bad I looked. I stayed up that whole night reading a curves…

Bumping for later. My schedule is insane with afternoon classes, kids ball practices and tumbling classes every night. I will be trying lots of these yummy recipes!!

Thank you everyone for your kind words. I feel amazing and can't wait until I can post my pic when I reach the 150s. I encourage everyone to do before and after pics. It was hard for me to really see myself as looking better but these pics prove it. Good luck to everyone!!

Great Job!! Keep up the good work.

So my weight loss journey started on July 4, 2011. My family had just returned from Disney World the week before and after looking back on our vacation pics I was absolutely horrified at how big and awful looking I had let myself get. I mean I knew I was big but those pics was an absolute shocker. They were definetly my…

Wonderful job!!! I especially like the pic of the jeans. I wished I had saved one pair of my old jeans for comparison but I was quick to sell those babies. So far I've went from a size 20 to a 13/14! Congrats on your success!!

I don't have a HRM but I did find a zumba calorie calulator on the web (sorry not sure of the website but I googled it). It has you list your weight, height, and level of intensity (low, moderate, high) and then if figures it for you. I had a friend that used a calulator such as this to find out her calorie burn but when…

I am friends with the owner of the group. Here's what she posted tonight. "Fit and Fabulous (FAF for short) I don't know what's going on with our spreadsheet. I didn't have this problem with the last challenge. Maybe I have to re-do the entire thing. Just keep being patient with me, I'm trying to get it up and running."…

Had this for supper tonite. My family loved it!! I added two cans of black beans to the recipe and then served with mexican rice and tortilla shells. Super easy and great meal! Thanks for posting it.

It's not letting me type anything in either.... I'm the one that fixed the formulas in the last spreadsheet...I'll be glad to fix them in this one as well.

I'm in!!! My anniversary is the 20th and I just set me a personal goal of losing 14 lbs by then. Love these challenges!!

Still 194. No loss but no gain either. A NSV this week: I managed to fit into size 11/12 jeans. They are too tight to wear but I can get in them and button and zip. Before my weight loss I'd done good to even get my ankles in an 11/12. Think I might buy me a pair and put them under the Christmas tree like someone else…

Completed W1D2 today. I dropped my speed back down and it was much easier. I actually could breath between run times. I was worried after D1 and really dreaded D2 but I made it through.
-
W2D1 was an absolute killer. I think I messed myself up by uping my speed to 3.5 walk and 5.5 run. Last week it seemed like I needed to up my speed but I didn't think I'd survive yesterday. I busted out in tears (for no reason) while I was stretching. Now I understand why the biggest loser people bust out crying after a…

Looks like I'm the first from Kentucky.

I updated the spreadsheet to reflect my weigh in. I'm down 3lbs from last week. Thats a total of a 9 lb weight loss since we started the challenge!! I also had a NSV this week. My 7 year-old son can touch his fingers together when he hugs me. That was the absolute best feeling in the world!! I've also hit a total of 40 lbs…

Like a few others...I'll be on W1D2 tomorrow. Just right behind you.

I completed W1D1 yesterday. I have to say it was so much easier this time around than when I attempted it 38+ pounds ago. I'm excitied to find this group....I never even realized the end of the nine weeks would be January 9th. THAT'S MY BIRTHDAY. What better birthday present than to finish this challenge. My goal is to…

Chart looks great. I went ahead and changed my current weight. Hope you don't mind but I put in formulas that will auto populate the total weight loss for each person and total weight loss for the group. That way all anyone has to do is change their current weight. I hope this was okay.....guess I should have ask first. I…

My weigh in for today is 197. I'm up 1 lb from last week but I'm blaming it on TOM. Hoping to lose back that 1 lb plus some.

Today's weigh in is 196 lbs. Down 3 lbs from last week!!! Woo Hoo!
