I like mixing boiled potatoes (halved/quartered) with tuna, some olive oil, olives, halved hard boiled eggs, green onions and various spices. It is so delicious. I've also found that tuna with olive oil and chopped tomatoes is pretty good too, and simple!

3.8 miles on the stationary bike today!

Did another 5.1 miles on the stationary bike today! We're getting an elliptical tonight, so I can't wait to see how many miles I can put in with that!

Today I did 4.6 miles on the stationary bike. I increased my goal from 50 to 100 because it seems like I'm going to hit 50 in the next week or so!
