Oh my gosh, I so feel you! I work on the 2nd story of my building. And the elevator is just creepy. So I take the stairs. If I have enough calories, and I want a a cheeseburger, I EAT IT... If you cut yourself off, you're going to end up caving in the long run. Eat it! In moderation, as long as you're in your calorie goal, you will see no negative effects on the scale. :)

Look, idk about you, but SALADS AREN'T FOR ME... You don't have to eat FAT FREE HEALTHY FOODS 24/7. You CAN EAT whatever you want. Just portion control is the key!
