I'm under 5'0 SW (this time around): 163.8 CW: 159.4 UGW: 135 I have more of an hour glass figure...bigger breast, small(er) waist, big hips. My thighs and calfs are larger as well. I appreciate and enjoy having curves. I don't think I would look like myself if I was under 135. All the best!

Tuna, little mayo (or substitute of your choice), onion, cilantro, fresh squeezed lime juice, and Sriracha....I was skeptical about how the ingredients would mix (especially the cilantro)....but it is the BEST tuna salad I've ever tasted.

Very inspirational! I'm right under 5'0, starting weight 158 current weight 155.. I'm encouraged that your goal weight is not 100 lbs. I appreciate my curves and think I'll look just fine at 130-135. We'll see! Best of luck!

Funny you should post this today. I've been raving about Wasa Crisp'n Light Crackers. Each cracker is the size of a graham cracker and only 20 calories each. My husband was researching healthy road trip food for our recent drive to Canada and came across these. I absolutely LOVE them.

I'm doing a combination of both. I'm sure you can lose weight by calorie counting alone, but you will maximize your results by doing both. I think of it like a savings account. Exercising and eating smart allows me to "spend"/eat more freely. If I only count calories I look at it more like living paycheck to paycheck. Not…
