@Brownsugar174 That's so cool! I haven't met too many people from this area!

Good morning friends! It's a cold day here in Delaware, and it was SO hard to get out of bed this morning! I went to the gym last night and between the post-workout ache in my legs, and the warm coziness of my blankets, I had to summon all my strength just to get up! Hope you all have an amazing day! I also wanted to say…

Ugh I did so good for 4 days--went to the gym all 4 days, drank so much water that I think half of my fitbit steps were just from walking back and forth to the bathroom, ate pretty well. And then last night, had a family dinner so didn't go to the gym, and totally overdid it with food and wine and PIE for dessert. I did…

Eyes, smile, and I have a thing for hands and arms--if they look like they're good for hugging and holding, I'm smitten.

I just discovered her and will probably not do the HOME practice every day, but will do it on my non-gym days. it may take me more than 30 days but I'll do them all!

Hello, I'm not a new MFP user, but I'm a frequent "started and didn't follow through" member. I'm determined to make 2020 better. I'm 47, 5'3" and I'm tired of the way I look. I am tired of being tired all the time, I'm tired of the way my clothes fit, and I'm tired of always feeling like I'm not making myself a priority.…

HI! I own a TG, but NEVER use it. I'd like to start up again, so popped in here to see if I could find some motivation. The one that I have is OLD OLD OLD--I think it was one of the original ones! Looking forward to learning more about it!
-
UGH--I started off great, then slipped up, Starting over again today!
-
Add me! I am 46, and I have a little under 100 to lose...about 95 or so! I need all the motivation, friendship and support that I can get!
-
Hey all--I lost all motivation and fell back into bad habits, but I'm trying again. Feel free to add me--I need lots of support and motivation! :)
-
Hey, how's everyone doing? Feel free to add me! I had lost all my motivation, but getting back into it again and I know I could use all the support I can get!

Ugh, I've been lazy and off track this month. I need to get back into it. Started today--it's cold out, but sunny, so I took a nice walk and am planning out my meals for the day so I don't get sidetracked.
-
@sweetnic--check out YouTube! There are tons of workouts and things you can do with no equipment. Yoga, body weight exercises, kickboxing and walk-at-home. Message me for some stuff that I've found if you want!
-
Hi, and welcome! Home workouts are great! YouTube is an amazing resource for finding things to do at home! Good luck!
-
I get on every day, but for documenting in challenges or my "official" day, it's Monday :)
-
Good lord--I haven't been online much because my life EXPLODED and I hardly got online at all! Hoping that things are settled down enough now so I can get back into my routine! Hope everyone is having a great week!

The way I see it, life happens. Dinners out, holidays, birthday parties--you can't ever truly avoid "junk" at those times. I try to pre-plan my days when I know that I will be going out or possibly indulging, and try to make the best possible choices in the situation. And most importantly, I don't beat myself up if I have…

Skinny Cow Ice cream. There are tons of treats available, and they are so yummie! Or sugar free pudding or jello!
-
I didn't do a clean sweep of my house and get rid of everything, but I stopped buying junk. Fortunately I have 2 kids that are helping get rid of the snacky foods that I shouldn't be eating!
-
Yum! I might need to make that bowl for myself!
-
LOL, I remember those days. Maybe put extra on your plate, so when they snatch little bites, you are giving them some of the "extra" and you still have your regular portion?
-
Weighed in this morning and only lost 0.8lbs, but a loss is still a loss, right? This week I'm going to increase my water intake and exercise, and we'll see how the scale looks next Monday! :)
-
My goal is 1lb per week--that way if I do it all year, I've lost 52lbs by next year. If I drop more, great, if not, I'm still 52lbs closer to my goal!
-
You're in the right place! Everyone here is super supportive and friendly! Take it one day at a time!
-
We did a quick 15 minute/1 mile Leslie at work today, and I'm hoping to do another one when I get home from work!
-
Hi, ADD ME! I'm 46 and have 90 pounds to lose! I am tired of riding the merry-go-round--I was motivated before to lose 35 pounds and then I got lazy and gained back 28 of them. I'm interested in getting my groove back and making this the year that I finally get it GONE! Add me--we can kick 2019's *kitten* together!
-
I would love to join is there is room. I am 46 and have fought my weight all my life. I was 222 and started working out, eating healthier and was totally motivated--I lost 35 pounds and was feeling great. Then I fell off the wagon hard and gained back 28 pounds. I want to get back into my healthier habits, and get back to…

I'm starting over again too--let's kick 2019's *kitten* :)
