What bashing? You were attractive before starting MFP and are doing great! Congrats on quitting smoking. It can be tough changing two things like that at once and you are doing it. Because of diabetes, I track my carbs & fiber but never look at sugars because all carbs turn into sugar to be absorbed. If you can wean off the packaged foods (even Lean Cuisine) you will not be getting as much "hidden sugar'. Real food is the way to go. More vegetables will help you feel full.

Try making your onlette with Deb El Just Whites (dehydrated egg white). I use 2 whites & a whole egg. It is better than Egg Beaters (what a misnomer) and doesn't have all that sodium or yellow dye.
