dont have Nakd. It is pretty much full of sugar. Yes its got lots of fruit but fruit has natural sugars and Nakd has put so much fruit in them which makes them too high in sugar. My trick is to have a few squares (1-3) of DARK chocolate, it tastes good, stops the cravings and you can't eat much of it because it gets too sickly as its strong tasting.

In the end we didnt have fish and chips. My dad was poorly with a cold and I was a bit icky from a night on the tiles lol.. were a right pair! Ended up having a nice homecooked roast though, unsure it was healthier but at least I got my veggies lol
