  • I'm in the same boat! I dropped 100lbs a few years ago, ran in a 5k and then got "comfy" and started coasting. I'm having to start completely over now and looking for friends as well.
  • I'm eating protein first thing in the morning to get my metabolism started. So I have some Healthy life bread toasted and I'll put some peanut butter on it. Then a 20 oz. of water and off to work.
