I'm in the same boat! I dropped 100lbs a few years ago, ran in a 5k and then got "comfy" and started coasting. I'm having to start completely over now and looking for friends as well.

I'm eating protein first thing in the morning to get my metabolism started. So I have some Healthy life bread toasted and I'll put some peanut butter on it. Then a 20 oz. of water and off to work.
