My family and I have used rice milk for years. It's got the same consistency as fat-free milk with no flavor and no milky after tastes.

I am active duty AF, married to SAHD, we have a 7 year old boy and a 2 year old girl. I typically get to the gym between 4:30 am and 4:45 am. Otherwise, I have no time at all in the afternoon/evenings to get it done. Nor would I be able to spend any time with my family if I worked out in the evenings.

To have strength and look good. Very simple, but that's it. Everytime I pick up a weight and it feels to easy I like the feeling of moving up in weight. Also, I do it for my Air Force fitness evaluation.

So Nutella is AMAZING!! It literally tastes like chocolate mixed with hazelnuts (which is basically what it is). My husband CLAIMS he doesn't like it, however I have caught him on several occasions eating it straight from the jar and mixing it with peanut butter. He says it tastes like a Reese's cup when he does that.

PATIENCE!! The weight is not going to come off over night. Have realistic goals.

Fear of being too sore the next day. My response to them would be, "Do you have kids? Then you can lift more than 5 lbs, because at one point your child weighed 20+ lbs and you were lifting them." The biggest key to any fitness routine is having a realistic plan and sticking with that plan. Record everything you do and log it.

Insanity is great! As far as being a beginner on Insanity, you can pause, rewind, etc as much as you need to to get where you want to be. Go at your own pace. You won't be perfect or even a pro at first, but it will come naturally after a while. Good luck!!

http://www.jeffgalloway.com/ He is a former Olympian. He has 5k, 10k, half, and full programs. Various ones in each category for beginners and advanced runners. I used his 10k plan for a 10k I ran in January and it was awesome. I highly recommend his programs to anyone.

Fitness is primary for me. Active duty Air Force here which means I need to be almost perfect at fitness in order to pass PT. But definitely add in fashion as I want to look good as well.

Also, incoporate some weight training. Such as squats, leg extensions, etc. Those will also help you lose in those areas.

From all of the comments I see, you can basically do anything you want with it. I've had it in oatmeal, I've used it as a replacement for rice, I've put it in salads, etc. I was a quinoa virgin one time too, until my neighbor raved about how awesome it is. Keep us posted on what you like the most with it.
