I've read about the oil pulling and didn't really think I could ever do it. Oil swishing around my mouth? No thanks. I did HCG last year, I managed to get down to lower than pre-baby weight for the first time since high school. I lost 32 lbs in 45 days. It was like a "miracle diet" to me. Thanks for the tips. I realize that I have the body that needs to stay low carb, but I always fall off the wagon. I need to finally be serious (after trying since elementary school) and do what you have done. I want a success story of my own :)

Every time I see one of these success stories I want to ask, How did you do it? What sort of exercise did you do? Did you do low fat/low carb/etc ? Congratulations on being an inspiration!

You're an inspiration to me! I'm starting at your "before". YOu said you were doing low carb, are you doing medifast? atkins? Or just basic avoiding bread/rice/etc? Fruits?
