Great job!

Yup, it counts as water. I usually have 2 glasses a day but I only count one.

I steam mine and add either sea salt or garlic to it.

I wouldn't. Every now and then I'll take a sip of milk, literally just a sip, to get the taste of something out of my mouth. I don't track that. But I put 2 oz of skim milk in my oatmeal and I do track that.

I still eat out and enjoy food just like I did before joining MFP. The difference is now I make healthier choices and eat in moderation. But if there is something I really want that isn't great for me, I'll eat a small portion and I limit how often I eat "junk". I generally do have a day a week where I'll have a bad meal…

It's important that you Net at least 1200 calories a day, so with such a low calorie goal you'd want to be eating back most if not all of your calories.

I love Laughing Cows!! My favorite is Creamy Swiss on Mini Quaker Rice Cakes Cracked Pepper and Sea Salt, yummo!

Aren't we all adults on here? Seriously, taking offense to the negative answer wasn't about it being "wrong" it was about it being rude and judgmental. There are several more besides that answer that said no they wouldn't log it, but their response wasn't worded in a way to make Krystal feel bad about herself or her…

I agree with the poster that said not to judge. We are all at different fitness levels and what may be nothing to someone who is a groomer and vet tech, for someone else could be a work out. This site is supposed to be for support, if you can't be supportive then just don't respond. Krys, I probably wouldn't track it…

Being that you are not overweight, but actually at a very healthy weight for your age and height I would suggest you speak with a Dr. if you have concerns about your weight. I have 2 daughters and would not want either of them "dieting" at the age of 15, nor would I be ok with non-health professionals giving them…

Hope you heal up quickly!

My husband and daughter have both noticed and commented. One of the trainers at the gym this morning even commented that it looks as if I'm starting to lose. I am doing this for me, but it's nice to have other people notice.

I did the a modified HCG diet through a Medical Clinic with a nutritionist. I ate between 1400-1600 calories a day. (My goal was 1600) the diet I followed was pretty much the same I'm following now, high protein, high fiber, low fat, low carbs, low sugars. I lost, alot, quickly. I went from a size 20 to a size 14 within 4…

Sorry, no help for you as I'm having the same problem. Prior to starting this journey I was doing the condition only method and really only shampooed my hair a couple times a month. Now after working out I feel so sweaty and nasty that I have to use shampoo.

Without seeing your diary it's hard to give you alot of help. Here are some generalizations, try upping you intake by 10%. Or take a break. Still eat healthy, make smart choices but go up to a non dieting calorie goal for 2 weeks then re-figure your goals and start over. Still exercise like you have been and track on here,…

Hum, interesting. I've been a McDonald's manager for 13 years and I didn't know anything about this. I will say it is absolutely true that most customers don't choose apples, even if offered. And while I think it's great that they are trying to make a healthy change, a 1/4 of apple slices is not a serving of fruit and I…

You can definitely tell the difference, great job!

Do you not track your water or not drink alot of it? Water will help flush your system out and honestly I have found is a huge help to weight loss. If you're not already drinking at least 8 glasses a day start working on that and it'll help also.

If you're eating less then 1200 calories a day eventually your weight loss will stop. Your body needs fuel to burn. Make sure you're hitting at least the 1200, after exercise and you'll see results that are more long term.

Your weight can fluctuate greatly throughout the day. It's best to weigh 1x a week at around the same time of day. Now, I'll be honest with ya. I get on the scale every morning as soon as I get up, but I only track my weight once a week. The second picture does look like your tummy is a little flater, could be a variety of…

Breakfast~Mushroom Cheddar Scramble 1c egg whites, 1/4c diced onions, 1/2c diced mushrooms and 1oz low fat shredded cheddar cheese. Sautee onions and mushrooms till soft (I use just a little cooking spray to keep everything from sticking) add in egg whites and cheese and cook till done. Open face Egg Sandwich~1/2 of a…

I don't really understand it all but here's what I do. I always eat my daily recommended calorie goal, I try very hard not to be under that. I workout 5-6x a week and track it, sometimes I eat those calories back sometimes I don't. Basically if I'm hungry I'll eat them if I'm not I don't. I know from reading through…

I've been doing 1200 calories this week to jump start my weight lose. Besides last night, I've stayed very close to that even with working out (I have not eaten back calories this week) The plan I'm following breaks down what I should be eating at each meal to help keep me satisfied and feeling full. Here's the break down:…

I chew it occasionally. I have noticed it will help me get through a craving if I'm not really hungry just wanting to munch on something. But if I am hungry and chew some my tummy will start to hurt and grumble. I don't count it, I used to till a nutritionist I was working with a while back laughed at me for being so…

I have 3 specific pillows that I sleep with, they have a particular pillow case on each one and they have to be in a certain order. if they aren't I can tell and can't sleep. My husband thinks hilarious to mix one of his in and see if I notice, this always pisses me off and causes an argument. The dishwasher has to be…

I agree completely with this! The support I've gotten through this site has been amazing and great motivation.
