1/6 - Nothing 2/6 - 30 minutes pilates and 10 minutes arm exercise video.. 2/3 - bike riding 30 minutes and 10 minute arm exercise again. Total so far 80 minutes...1360 to go..Now does anybody know of any kind of counter that can count downward that would make it so much better to keep track... Should we be posting daily…

I love greek yogurt...i buy the plain one and add fresh fruit and a little granola with low sugar and then i add a packet of stevia raw....stir it all together and it tastes yummy...
