Anderson: Best of luck getting those workouts in! I am starting over, but I'm putting running in on the cardio days. Except this a.m., didn't drag my butt out of bed, so I need to get in Shoulders and Arms tonight which has several things planned. I hate mornings, but it works best to workout then!!!

I used to read Red Fern to my classes every year when I taught 5th Grade. Bawled in front of my students every time! Last year, I read the kid's version of Marley and Me-bawled in front of my 2nd graders. Haven't seen the movie yet; I :heart: my yellow lab!

I've never heard of this movie. I just googled it. We just had a young father in town commit suicide. Incredibly sad.
