  • I am a 5'8" male, mid-fifties. Started out at 184 lbs and got down to 165 lbs. eating 1450 calories, but then got stuck there. To get down to 150 lbs. I ate 1200 calories and got down to 150 in two months ... total six months to go from 184 to 150. I am now back to 1600 calories to maintain and that seems to be working…
