I LOVE the Leslie Sansone workouts! I think that they are very "motivating" as almost anyone can do the moves. I use wrist weights and sometimes jog instead of walking to add intenstity. I love them though!

I TOTALLY hate when a doctor looks at a chart and says "your ideal weight is 110-130" that seems so generic to me!

I use Leslie 6x a week for about 30-45 minutes each time. It's as easy as you choose make it, as with any workout. I use wrist weights and sometimes jog in place of the walking, but I think its HIGHLY effective. I've lost 26lbs so far! I'd be very interested in any new motivation...feel free to add me!!! :smile:

Everyday, and I am NOT obsessed. I tend to retain alot of fluids, so I like to keep an eye on that.

For MFP, I totally cringe when someone logs Starbucks drinks....after all, aren't we on a diet?!?! These 300+calorie drinks are nothing more than candy, and aren't needed. LOL Outside of MFP...Politics, Government, Ect...LOL

I usually delete them after about 2 weeks+ of no activity...unless of course they are "real" life friends...LOL...I got a few of them! But...PLEASE DON'T delete me!

I LOVE my crockpot and use it everyday! You can cook baslcly any recipe in it.

also try ground turkey to use in place of beef. Much cheaper and your kids won't notice the difference!
